2. Orders and Formation of Contract
A contract of sale is formed when you confirm an order on Stripe Checkout and we confirm that payment has been completed. If the product is out of stock, payment fails, fraudulent use is suspected, delivery is not possible, or other unavoidable circumstances arise, we may cancel the order and refund any payment received.
3. Price and Payment

Displayed prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, customs clearance fees, or similar charges imposed in the destination country or region. Any such charges are the purchaser’s responsibility.
4. Shipping
We ship only to countries and regions that can be selected as shipping destinations on Stripe Checkout. We do not accept orders for countries or regions that cannot be selected.
Estimated delivery is 10–14 days after dispatch. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather, peak periods, carrier circumstances, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
5. Product Characteristics
This product includes handmade elements. Color, shape, brushwork, surface texture, and other details may vary from item to item. Product images depict the item for sale, but colors may appear different from the actual product depending on your display environment.
6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
If you wish to cancel an order, contact [email protected] before dispatch. Depending on how far dispatch preparations have progressed, cancellation may not be possible.
Returns for reasons attributable to the customer are accepted only if you contact us within 30 days after delivery and the product is unused and its eyes have not been painted. Return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility. Contact us before returning the product so that we can advise whether the return is eligible; do not send a return without prior contact.
If you receive the wrong product, the product is damaged in transit, or the product has a material defect, contact us within 30 days after delivery and attach photographs showing its condition. After review, we will advise you about a replacement, refund, or other remedy. We will bear the return shipping costs in these cases.
Where a refund is issued, we will generally initiate the refund to the original payment method within three days after the returned product reaches us and we verify its condition. The refund may take additional time to appear depending on the financial institution or other provider.
7. Prohibited Conduct
When using this website, you must not violate laws or public order and morals; impersonate another person; fraudulently use a payment method; interfere with the operation of this website; or infringe our rights or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms or the purchase of a product, the parties will consult in good faith. If the dispute is not resolved, the court having jurisdiction under applicable law will be the court of first instance.

We may revise these Terms in response to changes in law or our services. Revised Terms apply from the time they are posted on this website. However, unless otherwise agreed, the terms in effect when an order was placed apply to any order for which a contract of sale has already been formed.
